1.     To undertake and or provide consultancy and management consultancy services in all type of financial matters to all type of companies, corporations whether government or non-government or any other persons or organization.

        2.  To act as financial consultant, management consultant and provide advisory services, reports/opinion to corporate and non corporate clients whether in India or abroad in various fields, corporate functioning, company law, accountancy, direct and indirect tax planning, legal, economic, corporation law, statistical, quality control and data processing, project planning, negotiation with banks and financial institution for working capital/term loan.

        3. To carry on the business of providing multidisciplinary and investment consultancy, liaison representation, business development and all transaction related consultancy and advisory services to foreign and Indian companies, firms, associates, societies.

        4. To engage in the business of Online Learning through the use of Web Based Technologies, Internet and other similar technologies, to establish, run, hold, and conduct seminars, lectures, coaching classes, impart training and develop expertise in the field of accountancy, taxation, legal laws, economics, computer, Information Technology, software and hardware.

        5. To carry on the business of rendering management services, staff and management recruitment, skill development, training and placements, technical analysis of data, electronic data processing and to establish and render all consultancy and other professional services of professional and technical nature.

        6.  To undertake, promote and coordinate executive search and placement projects on behalf of employers and candidates with a view to placing appropriate candidates to appropriate jobs.

        7. To act as financial consultants and to provide advice consultancy services relating to various investment opportunities and avenues via financial instruments-bonds, mutual fund, tax saving schemes, company fixed deposits schemes and similar financial instruments and to act as intermediary for the same on behalf of companies, corporations, govt bodies and any other business entity in India and abroad.

        8.  To carry on the business of Resellers and Distribution Activities, Digital Marketing Services, Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and smart things which includes but not limited to IT Product and Software Sales, Domain Registration and Hosting Services, System Integrators for Providing Partner Services, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Programmatic Media Buying for Digital Campaigns, Video Campaigns, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Advanced Machine Learning, Intelligent Apps, Intelligent Things Virtual & Augmented Reality, Conversational Systems.
